1. What we collect

If you submit your email address via a subscribe form on a per-index page, we store the email address and the date of submission for the purpose of sending index updates and research notifications. We do not collect names, demographics, or any other personally identifiable information through site forms.

Server logs collect IP addresses, user-agent strings, and request URLs as a standard operational record. These logs are retained for short periods solely for security and abuse prevention; they are not analyzed for marketing or behavioral profiling.

2. How we use it

Email addresses submitted via subscribe forms are used only to send index updates, methodology revisions, and research notifications relevant to Aurelian indices. We do not sell, rent, or share email addresses with third parties.

3. Cookies and analytics

aurelianhq.com does not use cookies for tracking, advertising, or analytics. No third-party analytics services (Google Analytics, etc.) are loaded on any page.

4. Third-party services

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and a charting library from Cloudflare's CDN; both are loaded as static assets without user-tracking instrumentation on Aurelian's part. Their respective privacy policies apply to those requests.

5. Data retention and deletion

Email addresses are retained until you request deletion. To unsubscribe or request deletion, email support@aurelianhq.com; deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

6. Modifications

Aurelian may revise this policy at any time. Material revisions will be reflected in the effective date above.
